Football
Football played Western Harnett, Sept. 7, the game was postponed during the first quarter due to inclement weather. The game will continue Sept. 10 with the Chargers up 2-0 with a first quarter safety.
Soccer
Boys soccer won 2-0 against Cedar Ridge, Sept. 5, Nuno Aguiar and Keegan Zimmerman both led the team with one goal and one assist each.
Tennis
Girls’ tennis defeated Orange 9-0 Sep 4. and Northern Durham Sep 7. 9-0 with a 7-2 loss to Chapel Hill Sep. 6.
Cross Country
Cross Country went to the Friday Night Lights Invitational in Kernersville, Sept. 7. The girls’ team placed second out of 80 teams. Tessa Yell and Caroline Murrell both placed in the top 10.
Golf
Girls’ golf came in third at Hillandale, Sept. 4.
Volleyball
Girls’ volleyball defeated East Chapel Hill 3-2, Sep. 4 and Northern Durham 3-1, Sept. 7.
