On Sat. May 15, the Northwood Arts Department hosted a Senior Art Show at the Kiwanis Club in Pittsboro. The show included works from multiple senior artists who will be graduating in the next three weeks.
Student council elections for class representatives of the 2021-2022 school year have concluded as of May 20, though results have not yet been announced. Voting was eligible for rising sophomores, juniors and seniors on May 17, May 18 and May 19. The Omniscient interviewed student council candidates to see how they felt about the election.

Colorful posters have begun popping up around Northwood, each promoting a different day in an upcoming event: Human Rights Week. Created by the Girls Learn International Club (GLI) in 2017, Human Rights Week is now run by the Human Rights Club.
